Because we work so closely with individual client sponsors, our clients are free to structure their teams, projects and vendor relationships in whatever way works best for them. We can be involved as much or as little as you want in the day-to-day details of your work. We can work remotely or on-site, every day, or through periodic check-ups.
Our style is low-key and supportive. We work behind the scenes, one-on-one with you to help you become more successful.
Kurt Indermaur
Kurt Indermaur, founder and principal, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Princeton University and a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Minnesota.
Kurt worked his way through graduate school first as a UPS truck-loader, then as a UNIX systems administrator, and finally as a programmer. After graduate school, he designed and built large-scale, Internet-based systems as a system architect for Intuit.
Kurt began Indermaur, Inc. in 1999, just in time to witness the meteoric rise and fall of many technology start-ups up close. He developed an unfortunate taste for the high-pressure, high-stakes environment of projects and companies after their meteoric rises were over. He lost a lot of hair, but gained a lot of experience in helping projects, companies and their people get back on track – or cut their losses before losing any more.
Since then, Kurt has found a steady supply of projects in need of his patience, understanding and insight. He looks forward to helping you – send him an e-mail, and ask for his help.
